Ensure your event runs smoothly by including your name and event date exactly as provided on your booking form when completing your payment.

Need more time on the day of your event? We’ve got you covered! Any additional hours beyond the standard booking are billed at a competitive rate of just $50 per hour (or part thereof). Lock in your reservation with a non-refundable $100 deposit, and rest assured that full payment is required at least one week before the big day to guarantee everything goes off without a hitch.

Change of plans? No problem! We understand that life happens, so please inform us of any adjustments to your booking as soon as possible. To cancel, we require at least 7 days’ notice. If cancellations are made with less than 7 days’ notice, any and all payments will be retained to offset costs due to the inability to rehire the equipment.
